A prayer to bring Jesus close to you, as he already is.
He will protect you, inviolately, should you ask.

Jesus, beautiful one, who walked in love before us,
You shared your life and showed us what love should be.
That Honor is Important, that Charity is Beauty.
That Justice is required, that Truth illuminates All.
That Compassion heals the Heart,
that Forgiveness does not Judge.
Through your love, we looked at God.
And through your true love, in the Living of your life,
We learned to look at ourselves, to look at our world.
In the day, in the light, softly glowing,
I see your footprint before me. I see your love
as you turn with a torch in your hand, to tell me one thing:
I lived, and I lived beautifully. I loved.
Now walk forth and Love All that you May.
And I do. I put my cheek next to yours,
next to you. O Beautiful, Beautiful One.

The TAV of LIFE is important. I went through an experience where beings tried to expirate through me, hurting my energy deeply. Jesus would then fall, giving up his life by expirating into me to replace what was lost and protect me. At one point, I asked why he continually had to die to save me. I held that he shouldn't have to, not ever. This TAV changed that. The TAV of LIFE is integrally the Holy Spirit, and also integrally linked to Jesus Christ. It is a TAV, much like a shield place on the breast, and protects your own life force and unique identity in entirety. When the TAV is gifted, Jesus himself descends in light and love upon you, with the Holy Spirit, and protects you inviolately with love and protection for life. Know it. It is true without fail. The Holy Spirit is, perhaps, one of the most beautiful forces in the Universe. It is life, and it is comfort, it is protection. It may even have different names in other cultures, but it is life and love, know this. It is neither male nor female, and protects life itself.

The Holy Spirit is cherished and loved by me inviolately. The Holy Spirit is beauty itself. I cannot explain how beautiful this entity really is. It is beautiful. If you are in pain, call on the Holy Spirit continually, regardless of your faith. The Holy Spirit is an entity in and of itself. It is present in life itself, and is a force of life and love. Please do it. The Holy Spirit descends in love and protection, and will heal and help you inviolately, and will find you, with compassion, with love, with life and protection. True Jesus and True God can be called upon as well, in their truest forms. Truth, Love, Trust, Compassion, Protection. Know it. Angels can also be called upon, and there are winged beings in every culture. True Angels are goodness and love itself. And you can protect yourself with your own courage in facing negativity and evil down, as I have done, when I felt there was no protection for me. Don't cry. Fight. And kick evil in the gut. They have no power, they are without morals, do not give them one thing. Just throw them out.
A PRAYER TO THE ARCHANGEL ST. MICHAEL
Beautiful Angel, Truth within the Light,in your eyes we find guidance, a dagger that shines forth and puts down all evil. Lend us your vision, that we may find strength. Show us self-reliance, that we may find courage. Glow within our Hearts, that we may be like True God. In your eyes the star of Truth directs us to Love, the Fire, the Warrior, the Sword within the Sword, Michael in our eyes.

A REVISED PRAYER OF EXORCISM/FOR ALL PEOPLE
This particular prayer is important to me. Please use it before reciting your exorcism prayer, whichever you decided to use. There are winged beings in every culture, every Faith. St. Michael is Most Like True God, strong in defense, and will tell you that your own strength is upheld by all that is love. St. Michael will defend you with a force without fail, and is a huge, truly powerful being who understands that you are under attack, and will come to your aid, along with True God, with fierceness and loyalty.
St. Michael, Prince of the heavenly host, be our defense in the terrible warfare which we carry on against principalities and powers,against the rulers of this world of darkness, and spirits of evil.
Saint Michael the Archangel,defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God cast him down; and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host-by the Divine Power of God-crush satan and all the evil spirits who roam throughout the world seeking the corruption and ruin of souls. Amen.
Also, if you are reading this, stay healthy. Exercise regularly through the pain you're going through. EAT WELL, GAIN WEIGHT. These beings cannot exist well in you when you stay healthy. Do not let your health break down, and continue to KNOW that you are normal. YOU ARE MENTALLY NORMAL. YOU ARE NORMAL. These beings do their best to make you think you're not, to give up in your life that which is normal. DO NOT ALLOW IT. You are normal. FIGHT THEM AND THROW THEM OUT. MICHAEL WOULD TELL YOU THIS.

Legions of Angels defend us, with Sword, with Truth, in Justice and Love, that True God find us and defend us without fail. Evil shall perish, by the sword, that love may reign true.
Thus, cursed one, and you, evil legions, we adjure you by the Living God, by True God, by Holy God, by the God who loves and walks beside us, who intercedes and damns evil inviolately, fall. You are cast down by the hand of love, never to return. Stop deceiving human creatures and pouring out to them the poison corruption. You are barred from harming the Church and hindering the grace of love. Begone, satan, Begone, evil, Begone, hateful, spiteful ones, inventors of deceit, enemy of man's grace and beauty. Christ faces you, wielding love, in whom you have found none of your works. God faces you, wielding love, to whom your back has been turned. I went an experience where I felt my Sacral Chakra and life force had been compromised. If you are feeling that such a thing has happened to you, the Holy Spirit is your Beauty and Force to turn to, without fail. The Holy Spirit is so large, is so understanding, it is both protective and strong. It is neither male nor female, and it rests within the soul of every being, knowing love is the beauty of all life. The Holy Spirit is a living presence, protector of all life. It falls softly, warm, truly warm, upon you, wafting down, like warm pieces of paper light, or soft wings falling. When the Holy Spirit finds you, the comfort is so palpable, the love, the protection, the true healing, can be immediately felt. And if you love the Holy Spirit, it will hold you close, love you back. This being holds all life close, it has held me close, and for some reason, some deep reason in me, I will always love the Holy Spirit inviolately. This being, is perhaps, the most special to me, along with True God (whom I also love inviolately), True Jesus (Deeply Beloved), and the entire body of Angelic Seraphim (they are, without fail, Beloved to Me, Always).
